Kind Panel is an educational organization tool, not a healthcare provider. Information provided by this service is for educational and organizational purposes only, is offered for general reference, and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You use this service entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, use, or act on any information shown in the service, and for all health and medical decisions. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health.

We process information to help you organize and reference your own lab history. We do not use your information to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer and AI disclosure.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, and authentication tokens from sign-in providers you choose.
• Lab uploads and confirmed values — laboratory reports, images, PDFs, and biomarker values you upload, extract, verify, or enter, including dates and reference ranges shown on your source reports.
• Usage and device information — such as pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser or app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Support communications — messages you send to us and our responses.
• Billing information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processors handle card details; we may receive limited billing metadata such as plan type, status, and transaction identifiers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate you and secure your account
• Extract, display, and organize laboratory values you choose to upload
• Process subscriptions and communicate about your account
• Respond to support requests and investigate abuse or security issues
• Comply with law and enforce our terms

We do not sell your personal information or personal health information. We do not use your information to make clinical decisions on your behalf.

4. Automated processing

Laboratory values are extracted using automated technology and may be incomplete or incorrect. Compare every extracted value with your original laboratory report before confirming it.

No physician or other healthcare professional reviews your information as part of this consumer service. Automated processing is for organization and reference only. You are solely responsible for verifying extracted values and for any decisions you make based on information in the Service.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers — subprocessors that help us host, store, authenticate, bill, email, monitor, and support the Service, subject to contractual restrictions. See our Subprocessors page.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We do not share your lab history with advertisers for targeted advertising.

6. Consumer health data

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as described on our Data Retention page. You may request export or deletion through in-product tools where available, or by emailing support@kindpanel.com. Deletion may be subject to legal exceptions, backup rollover, and fraud-prevention needs.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Report suspected security issues to security@kindpanel.com.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of certain processing where applicable law requires. See State Privacy Rights for how to submit a request.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. International users

The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
